What has changed are the skills required to ensure we remain useful to community.

Think about how quickly you have adapted to change...

We aren’t as averse to change as ‘experts’ would have us believe. We have been constantly changing throughout our history.

Heard that change is happening at a faster rate than ever before?  We are driving change, constantly on the lookout for the ‘next best thing’.

Think about how quickly you adapt, even crave the latest phone/tablet/laptop/computer. How fast did you adapt to Uber? Used online shopping? Anyone on Netflix? Spoken to Alexa or Siri lately?

Fear of change strike us when we are threatened. When our security is threatened. So is it change we fear or is it fear of losing security and our sense of belonging?

What has changed are the skills required to ensure we remain useful to community. We need to change and embrace the concept of life-long learning.

And haven’t we have been doing that since time began?

Think about how quickly you have adapted to change...
